After graduating from Kastamonu Göl Anatolian High School, Attorney Ahmet Hamdi Civcioğlu began his undergraduate studies at Kadir Has University Faculty of Law.
During his academic years, he took part in the management of various social and sporting organizations while also participating in programs that enhanced his legal knowledge and vision.
Upon successfully completing his law degree, Attorney Civcioğlu undertook his legal internship at the Kastamonu Bar Association. During this period, he focused on corporate law, labor law, and compensation law.
With the experience and knowledge gained during his internship, he made a strong start to his professional career. At the same time, he gained significant experience in senior roles, including serving as chairman of the board in various companies.
As a founding and managing partner at BOA, Attorney Civcioğlu has successfully managed key commercial and legal processes such as contract management, mergers, and acquisitions. He specializes in corporate law, labor law, enforcement and bankruptcy law, contract law, and compensation law, providing our clients with solution-oriented consultancy services.
